- familiarity with Telephony and Voip to support multi-site locations
- IT support and projects: 4+ years
Responsibility
- delivery of Managed Services, new installations and ICT projects
- providing customer support on issues and new requirements
- fulfilling new orders, liaising with service providers
- support and supervision of the first line care team
- develop the product range, expand the range of services and internal support systems
- account development including assisting with proposals
- supporting in Technical Sales, Marketing and Business Development
