  • order entry with 100% accuracy using internal sales tools, chase and confirm orders efficiently during selling season
  • assisting with showroom sample set up and making sure the showroom is in a presentable manner to welcome customers
  • addressing wholesale customer queries and needs effectively and efficiently, acting with urgency to deliver results
  • analysing brand performance and tracking sales objectives
  • maintaining and updating B2B sales tools, customer database and sales reporting
