Responsibility
- develop and implement strategies to generate new business and grow existing accounts within the medical locum division
- establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their needs and provide solutions
- manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, while achieving and exceeding sales targets
- work closely with the recruitment team to ensure high-quality service delivery to clients
- keep abreast of industry trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and potential threats
- provide regular reports on sales activities and results to senior management

Requirements
- minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Recruitment of medical locum division
- proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B sales environment
- strong sales and business development skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
- flexibility in working hours and location
