Responsibility

  • you will understand and be competent at cocktail making, good customer service and be excited to create a happy enjoyable enviroment
  • be able to take feedback, be driven and be prepared to do whatever it takes
  • experience in bar work essential, coffee machines, ordering materials, managing others around you and delivering excellent team work, customer service, bookings
  • be able to run a very small bar in the restaurant inc ordering, this is a great post for someone with a bit about them, you will know far more than the owners and working direct for them a good relationship is so important, you will understand wines
  • you need to be confident not arrogant, well presented and charasmatic, after all its a front of house job
  • weekends obviously and evenings, after all we are a seaside town, longer hours in summer less in winter, ask for details we don;t like laying people off but weekend working all year flexibility essential 2 days and nights a week off all year minimum
