  • making outbound telephone calls to potential customers and generating new business
  • describing the product benefits and identifying the customer's needs to maximize on upselling potential
  • meeting team and individual sales targets

Requirements

  • previous telesales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets
  • excellent communication skills and a polite, confident and friendly telephone manner with the ability to build relationships with customers
  • experience of working in a results orientated and pressurised environment
  • A positive attitude with passion for success, perseverance and the ability to respect customers' answers
  • the ability to enjoy working within a target-driven team environment, work well under pressure and enjoy getting results
  • good organizational and administrative skills - Good working knowledge of MS Office
