- bicycle maintenance – Cytech Certificate Level 2 or 3, or equivalent, wheel building, disk brake bleeding and servicing, fork servicing
- initiative and self-motivation
- cash handling
- stock ordering and control
- bicycle maintenance – varied experience of bicycle mechanics in different situations, working in a timely manner
Responsibility
- train customers on their bicycle maintenance skills in a group setting
- drive the broom wagon for corporate and charity bikes rides, through the Somerset countryside and further afield
- develop and deliver private training sessions at our workshop
- checking over and carrying out minor adjustments on all types of bikes, with limited tools, at events in various indoor and outdoor locations
