- prepare monthly or quarterly financial statements
- prepare and manage monthly payroll and HR functions for the company incl. set up new employees, NEST pensions, new starters/ leavers
Requirements
- the ideal candidate for this position is a skilled multi-tasker, is reliable and is absolutely committed to consistently meeting strict deadlines
- confidentiality, excellent organisational skills and accuracy are important qualifications for this position
- good team working skills and the ability to communicate clearly is also essential
- A native/fluent German speaker would have a particular advantage as the company has many German clients
- knowledge of cross-border VAT is an advantage
- experience in payroll management including calculating and submitting payroll taxes online - experience essential
- experience with corporation tax computations an advantage
