Responsibility

  • processing payments, invoices, income and receipts and entering data into our Xero accounting software
  • customer order processing / Invoicing
  • raising purchase orders and placing orders with suppliers
  • communicating with suppliers over the phone and via email regarding delivery dates, orders and returns
  • updating the team about any delays or problems with suppliers
  • resolving purchase invoice queries
  • recording any inconsistencies to help the Accountants’ reconcile inaccuracies, and assisting them with preparation of quarterly and annual accounts
  • preparing monthly financial reports including cash flow and profit and loss
