Requirements

  • is HNC / NVQ3 qualified in a relevant Engineering discipline or higher
  • strong communicator and team player
  • excellent planning and organisational skills
  • good IT skills
  • proven ability to coach and nurture talent
  • 10+ years’ experience in a process industry which includes working in a supervisory role

Responsibility

  • manage all multi-discipline maintenance activities associated with the Lostock Site, within budget costs and in compliance with TCE Safety, Health, Environment and Quality standards
  • deliver competency-based training for all maintenance personnel
  • work with Engineering Stores team to manage availability of critical spares
