- stay up-to-date with industry trends and culinary techniques to continually improve menu offerings
Requirements
- proven experience working as a Chef or in a similar role with understanding of Indian cuisine
- strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- extensive knowledge of food production, preparation, and presentation techniques
- excellent organizational and time management skills
- ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- culinary degree or certification is preferred, but not required
