Responsibility

• oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food production and preparation
• create and develop new menu items, taking into consideration customer preferences and dietary restrictions
• ensure that all dishes are prepared and presented according to established recipes and quality standards

• train and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as necessary
• maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction
• stay up-to-date with industry trends and culinary techniques to continually improve menu offerings

Requirements

• proven experience working as a Chef or in a similar role​ with understanding of Indian cuisine
• strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
• extensive knowledge of food production, preparation, and presentation techniques

• culinary degree or certification is preferred, but not required
