forklift driver
Working hours
- full-time
Responsibility
- be able to operate a forklift safely and in accordance with company policies and regulations
- undertake deliveries in our vans
- be able to use the in-house system for stock management and control
- unloading and loading of vehicles, mainly pallets
- fulfilment/Picking and packing customer orders
- some heavy lifting due to the nature of Warehouse Work
- demonstrate professional conduct at all times
- demonstrate excellent time management skills
Requirements
- forklift License and experience preferably with a Pivot Steer
- forklift License and experience preferably with a Counterbalance
- full Driving License
- previous warehouse operative experience or a willingness to learn is required
- flexibility and willingness to be able to work under instruction
- an awareness of health and safety in the workplace
- ability to foster enthusiasm and teamwork
- knowledge of FORs Driving Standards and Sentinel Training preferred however not essential as full training will be given
