Requirements

  • proven experience of sustained achievement of managing key accounts – preferably within the facilities management, local authority, security, construction and rail
  • an understanding of writing and formulating winning bids and tenders, obtaining new sales leads, boosting existing business
  • A strong background in account management and a knowledge of contract management /service level agreements
  • excellent communication skills including strong verbal and written presentation skills with the ability to produce board reports
  • ability to build rappor with staff and third parties staff at all levels
