  • ~ Good working knowledge of the DWP and benefits
  • ~ Knowledge/ experience of working with YP 16 – 35yrs old
  • ~ Knowledge/ experience of working with vulnerable YP in inner city areas
  • ~ Knowledge / experience managing tenancy matter
  • ~ Good IT and keyboard skills
  • ~ Ability to operate client database systems
  • ~ Enhance DBS
  • ~ Excellent communication skills – verbal and written

Responsibility

  • ~ To deal with breaches of tenancy whilst following Charity and legal procedures
  • ensure compliance with Supporting Young People standards and Organisational policies and procedures
