Working hours
- full-time
Responsibility
- principle point of contact for all client requests for reactive maintenance, PPM/Compliance and minor works
- triage of all requests to ensure information is accurate for deployment to engineers
- deployment of jobs to our engineers and tracking to completion
- answer calls and emails within agreed SLA time limits
- take a proactive approach to client interactions and ensure any concerns are dealt with or relayed to management promptly
- book in works direct with the clients sites ensure works can be completed at a convenient time
- build relationships with our supply chain ensuring we are working collaboratively to provide a seamless experience for our clients
- collation of weekly/monthly client overview reports
Requirements
- experience working in a telecommunications role previously
- excellent written and verbal communication
- experience working in maintenance or facilities management is desirable but not essential
- customer service: 1 year
