Responsibility

• identify opportunities for growth and develop sales plans accordingly
• report to the Board on sales performance, forecasts and business growth plans
• you will prove leadership and direction to the sales team to secure orders for 2024, making a personal contribution to the sales target and ensuring the existing sales pipeline converts to secured sales

• provide reliable sales forecasts for use in production and financial planning and work closely with the SLT and other managers within the business

Requirements

• proven experience in B2B sales within the construction sector and an existing network of contacts within our target markets
• have an entrepreneurial outlook, can-do attitude, ability to make lasting relationships and the skills to close a sale
• able to demonstrate Inspirational leadership and get the best out of people

• solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
• enjoys making an individual contribution and also working as part of a team to ensure the realisation of business growth targets
• outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• an understanding of working within a manufacturing business is desirable but not essential
