Responsibility
- identify opportunities for growth and develop sales plans accordingly
- report to the Board on sales performance, forecasts and business growth plans
- you will prove leadership and direction to the sales team to secure orders for 2024, making a personal contribution to the sales target and ensuring the existing sales pipeline converts to secured sales
- use your knowledge to drive informed decision-making and adjust strategies as necessary
- provide reliable sales forecasts for use in production and financial planning and work closely with the SLT and other managers within the business
