Responsibility
identify opportunities for growth and develop sales plans accordingly
report to the Board on sales performance, forecasts and business growth plans
you will prove leadership and direction to the sales team to secure orders for 2024, making a personal contribution to the sales target and ensuring the existing sales pipeline converts to secured sales
use your knowledge to drive informed decision-making and adjust strategies as necessary
provide reliable sales forecasts for use in production and financial planning and work closely with the SLT and other managers within the business
