Responsibility
- you will perform the troubleshooting and the repair of Apple Mac products, employing diagnostic techniques, tools, and directed questions
- liaising with customers at all levels, across various scenarios, from advising on purchasing new equipment, to discussing repair requirements
- you will be required to subject all repairs to strict tests and quality control procedures before preparing them for return to their owners
- you will be required to deliver excellent customer service for Apple repair customers, sometimes face to face, sometimes by phone and email
- you will assist in the problem management process and ensure all relevant information is logged and maintained in the ticketing system
Requirements
- you will ideally have a proven track record in Apple computer repair and be keen to further your IT career
- you should be keen to take responsibility for your workload and foster a team spirit to deliver results
- you must be willing to share your experience and help develop less experienced colleagues while furthering your own knowledge
- above all you must be passionate about delivering an excellent service to our customers and be determined to succeed
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- circuit board diagnosis and repair
- excellent prioritisation skills and an ability to make decisions quickly
- calm under pressure with the ability to manage conflicting priorities
