Responsibility

  • maintain & prioritise the workload of, and allocate tasks to, domestic and laundry staff
  • ensure all areas of the home are clean and tidy
  • create and maintain cleaning regimes for all areas of the care home
  • dusting, vacuuming and washing down of all areas
  • polishing of mirrors and furniture
  • dusting of all ledges, pictures, high areas and skirting boards
  • dry Cleaning & Shampooing of carpets
  • cleaning of curtains and furniture

Requirements

  • housekeeping: 1 year
  • supervisory: 1 year
