Responsibility
- we are currently looking to recruit a Workshop Supervisor for a family-owned growing client on the outskirts of Derbyshire who offer a committed and supportive workspace
- the main purpose of the role is to inspect, diagnose faults, testing, repairing and reassembling engines, trailers, and other transport mechanisms. You will also manage and allocate jobs to the technicians and apprentices
- attend weekly meetings with staff and ensure the smooth running of business whilst including the companies messages
- managing the teams activities and ensuring KPI’s and budgets are inline with the companies SLA’s as per the Dealer Principles Instructions
- ensure that Health & safety policies and processes are up to date and adhered to by all Managers and Staff
