Requirements
- you will be a role model for your people and be able to motivate and develop a high performing team
- you will receive a standby allowance and on call payments for this
- you should have previous supervisory knowledge, experience, and a working knowledge of all aspects of domestic property repairs, maintenance, planned services and property improvements
- central to the way you work should be the desire to finish jobs “right first time”
- this is a demanding and challenging role, and you should enjoy working effectively under your own initiative and managing a busy workload, whilst also being a team player with great customer service and communication skills
- you will be required to join the on-call manager rota to support our out-of-hours service for emergency repairs. You will receive a standby allowance and on call payments for this
