- handling of pre-sale enquiries, including being able to advise customer across all product ranges
- liaise with customers regarding delivery expectations
- making initial contact with potential new customers

- filing of customer orders, despatch notes and proof of deliveries
- inputting of mail orders
- liaising with the Sales Managers to set up appointments to follow up new leads
- handling internal queries from stores and home visit teams
- calling existing Customers to give information on New Seasonal Promotions
- enhance the performance of the business by converting warm leads into either store or home visit appointments
- booking and scheduling of customer appointments
- book in deliveries. Sending copies of delivery notes, ensuring they are signed and returned
- manages activities throughout the order fulfilment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met
- booking deliveries on to the internal CRM
- investigation of any customer complaints regarding supply of orders, escalating to the Customer Service Manager if necessary
- maintain the complaints and returns database and raising returns notes
- investigating and locating lost stock at , carriers and warehouses
Requirements
- computer literate with good organisational skills
- previous experience in a customer contact role with call handling experience
- good Telephone Manner
