Responsibility

- tailor Made Sales and Lettings is looking to recruit a bright, energetic and proactive Sales Negotiator to join the team in their busy Coventry office, based in Allesley
- within this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of buyers, which will include generating and conducting viewings and obtaining offers on properties
- you will be responsible for maintaining records on internal databases as well as handling enquiries generated from the internet, telephone and walk-ins, in a professional manner
- providing exceptional levels of customer service is our number one priority at Tailor Made, so a sales negotiators role will also be required to carry out regular marketing reviews with our existing clients, putting together proactive strategies to gaining more interest in a property and ultimately getting the clients home sold
- having experience within the industry is highly desirable and ideally having hands on experience in progressing properties from a sale agreed through to completion, liaising with other estate agents in the chain, solicitors and mortgage advisors
- we are looking for a highly driven and enthusiastic team player to slot into a well-established, bubbly and friendly team, as well as someone looking to forge a successful career with a fast growing, well respected independent estate agency brand
- we are looking for a strong team player to come and hit the ground running, whilst receiving the relevant training with our CRM system, phones and company policies
