Requirements
- experience as a Stitcher, Seamstress, or similar role, preferably in a production environment
- proficiency with industrial sewing machines; familiarity with embroidery machines is a plus
- strong understanding of stitching techniques and fabric handling, particularly for flags and sports-related items
- keen attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality products
- ability to read and follow patterns, templates, and instructions
- basic troubleshooting skills for sewing and embroidery equipment
- strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- sewing: 1 year
Responsibility
- embroidery Support: Assist in the embroidery department when required, including setting up machines, monitoring production, and performing quality checks
- pattern Reading: Follow patterns, templates, and design instructions to ensure accuracy and consistency
- quality Assurance: Inspect finished products for alignment, stitching quality, and overall presentation, ensuring they meet company standards
- equipment Maintenance: Maintain, clean, and perform basic troubleshooting on sewing and embroidery machines to ensure smooth operation
- collaboration: Work closely with the production and embroidery teams to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
- other Duties: Support other areas of production as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork
- stitching & Assembly: Operate sewing machines and other tools to stitch and assemble golf flags, caddie bibs, and similar products according to specifications

- 2+ years of experience in stitching role
