- collaborate with clients to determine their design requirements and preferences
- create detailed 3D designs using software such as AutoCAD
- provide accurate measurements and specifications for all design elements
- produce Cutting / Production Lists for projects
- order appropriate materials, finishes, and fixtures for each project
- liaise with clients regarding design concepts and make necessary revisions based on their feedback
- coordinate with contractors and other professionals involved in the construction process until completion
- ensure that all projects are completed within budget and on schedule
Requirements
- must have production / cutting list experience
- proven experience as a 3D Designer & Project Manager in a similar role and industry
- proficiency in design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, CAD, 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup, and Rhinoceros 3D
- excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- strong attention to detail and ability to create accurate measurements and specifications
- excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and other professionals
- 3D Designing / Rendering: 3 years
- project management: 3 years
