undertake on-site inspections, provide feedback and solutions where required
support the Highway Design Team in improving services and delivering Equans corporate and local objectives
the development and design of highway engineering projects, including construction supervision for highway engineering projects as well as contributing to delivering briefs / works for other project teams
promote and instil Equans values of Drive, Commitment, Daring, and Cohesion
assist the Highway Design Team on designs for highway projects, including preparation of specifications, reports, and contract data on a variety of projects
develop project management and co-ordination skills to achieve project deliverables within the agreed time, quality, and financial objectives, including the monitoring of works through the construction phase
develop a knowledge of highway design standards, CDM requirements, tender processes and health and safety regulations, Bill of Quantities, and contractual documentation
