Responsibility
- understand and be able to implement the requirements of regulations relating to the assets on site
- complete documentation utilising handheld technology to an excellent standard and in a timeous manner
- ensuring all compliance paperwork is complete and up to date
- build solid working relationships with our clients and end users
- communicate both written and verbally at all levels
- undertake Service, Maintenance and Fault Diagnosis of various types and sizes of complex plant including Air Handling Units, Specialist Ventilation Systems, Boilers, LTHW & CHW Systems, DHW & Plumbing Systems, Pumps and Motors within various environments
- undertake training in new techniques and maintain existing relevant qualifications
- approach works in a diligent manner taking into consideration the requirements of Health & Safety having the ability to interpret works and ensure Risk Assessments, Method Statements and Permits are compiled and adhered to
