Responsibility
- examining the quality of raw materials that are used in production
- ensure that all necessary systems and procedures are in place to satisfy all customer requirements and audits
- testing products and service to ensure that they meet quality standards before launch
- input and hold responsibility for Quality budgets
- oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards
- solicit feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are met
