Responsibility
- communicating with customers and drivers in a friendly and professional manner
- planning container deliveries from Grangemouth Port as well as Felixstowe, London Gateway and Southampton
- providing professional customer service
- day-to-day load planning and scheduling
- managing drivers and ensuring they are happy working with T S Europe
- prioritising workload and route planning
- daily driver brief and de-brief
- helping to build an effective driver network
Requirements
- first class communication skills - By phone and email
- knowledge and understanding of Driver’s Working Time Regulations
- commercial awareness of costings
- effective team player
- excellent organisation skills
- good IT skills and exposure to route planning software or equivalent
