Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- to support the site activities with any necessary clerking and administration duties
- overseeing stock location accuracy within the system
- create reports for management
- process in-store damages and returns
- ensuring that the company policies regarding Quality , Environment , Health and Safety etc. are implemented and always maintained. Including all standards & procedures required by accrediting bodies i.e. BRC, DQMP etc
Requirements
- previous experience of Administration, preferably in an operational / logistics environment
- good level of computer literacy inc. Windows packages and email
- must be able to demonstrate good numeracy skills and attention to detail
- good communication skills, both written and verbal as you will be required to liaise with all levels of management, hauliers, customers and third parties
