- ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, in particular all aspect of food hygiene, fire regulations and health and safety
- improving revenue and managing P&L and stocktakes
- hands on approach during service periods
Requirements
- previous experience in a General Manager or Operations Manager role
- excellent communication skills and a passion for guest service
- strong commercial awareness
- committed to delivering high levels of customer service
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- the ability to manage and motivate your team with a hands on approach
