Responsibility

  • to Support and Work alongside the Group Estimating Manager
  • to support contracts managers and operational teams on a daily basis
  • monitor Monthly Targets for Operations within the Business
  • general clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing
  • maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
  • retrieve documents from filing system
  • handle requests for information and data
  • prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails

Requirements

  • previous Credit Control Experience Preferred
  • the candidate will typically go to Northumbria University 1 day a week to attend lectures, seminars and workshops
  • credit control: 1 year
