Responsibility

  • design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models using IoT data to drive business insights and optimizations
  • build, manage, and maintain datasets from AWS services, including S3, Glue, and Redshift
  • develop advanced neural networks, transformers, and traditional machine learning models
  • drive innovation in machine learning and AI within the company, leveraging industry trends and breakthroughs
  • process and analyse vast amounts of data from IoT sensors and devices using MongoDB, Python, and related data science libraries
  • act as a mentor to future junior team members, providing in-house training and explanations on working with MongoDB at scale, machine learning techniques, and when to leverage statistical methods over machine learning
  • collaborate with cross-functional teams to apply statistical techniques in real-world applications, ensuring actionable results in the context of supply chain and logistics

Requirements

  • proven experience working with IoT data and big data solutions
  • strong knowledge of Python and supporting libraries like scikit-learn, pandas, and matplotlib
  • expertise with MongoDB for handling large, complex datasets
  • proficiency in working with AWS tools, especially S3, Glue, and Redshift for data extraction and processing
  • hands-on experience with neural networks, transformers, and a variety of machine learning techniques
  • deep understanding of statistics and its application in real-world business scenarios
  • A master’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • strong industry experience in applied statistics and proven ability to translate findings into business strategy
