Requirements
- bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing Wintel infrastructure, overall IT infrastructure, and Microsoft 365 solutions
- strong knowledge of Windows Server platforms, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
- familiarity with server hardware, storage, and network technologies
- experience with Microsoft 365 services, such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive
- experience with SaaS services such as Mimecast, BitTitan and Wasabi are important
- proven experience with software vendors such as Veeam and Zerto
- proven experience with hardware vendors such as Dell, HPE, WatchGuard, Fortinet, and Cisco
Responsibility
- implement security and compliance features within M365, such as data loss prevention policies and information protection measures
- provide guidance on best practices for utilizing M365 capabilities to improve productivity, communication, and collaboration
