Responsibility
- to project manage a portfolio of projects at any one time, ensuring resources are assigned to meet requirements
- to initiate the project and ensure relevant contracts are in-place and understood
- to ensure project milestones are met and all documentation is maintained and issued according to the project requirements
- to build and manage internal and external stakeholder relationships to achieve project deliverables
- to acquire a thorough understanding of project requirements and objectives including, but not limited to contractual, financial, technical, schedule, construction coordination, materials, personnel and scope of work
- to manage project resources to ensure project milestones are met and all deliverables are achieved in line with the programme of works
- to work closely with the finance team to ensure the project is delivered within budget and provide input to cashflow forecasts
- to ensure all changes to the project scope are document as Variations or Change
Requirements
- project Management: 2 years
- ● Excellent IT skills and aptitude, familiarity with Google Drive advantageous
- although this role is hybrid, will you be able to reliably commute to GU7?
