Requirements
- proven experience in facilities management or a related field is essential
- strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively
- demonstrated knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and project management principles
- P&L, office ownership etc
- excellent problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting issues as they arise
