Responsibility

  • handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
  • maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
  • support the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews and vetting candidates
  • assist with payroll and billing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • collaborate with different departments to streamline processes and enhance efficiency

Requirements

  • proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar administrative role
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills, with exceptional attention to detail
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • proficient in using office software and equipment, including MS Office Suite
  • ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
  • familiarity with security and care services is a plus
