Responsibility

  • develop detailed design drawings and specifications using CAD software, with a preference for those proficient in AutoCAD
  • collaborate with engineers to understand project requirements and convert conceptual designs into detailed technical drawings
  • utilise AutoCAD to create 2D drawings for project plans
  • ensure all CAD designs comply with company standards and relevant industry regulations
  • modify and revise designs to correct operating deficiencies or to reduce production problems
  • maintain up-to-date knowledge of drafting standards, engineering practices, and new developments in AutoCAD and other CAD software
  • assist in the preparation of documentation, reports, and plans as required for project submission and approval
  • any other reasonable duties as directed by management
