I am currently being offered a position with this company. I applied for a Human Resources Operations Assistant position on Indeed and interviewed via Zoom this past Monday. The person that contacted me via Indeed was James White but the message on the day of the interview was signed “Bobby” but from the (deleted by the administrator) account. We did the zoom interview and the interviewer’s camera was off. He has a (deleted by the administrator). He went through a list of job duties and then went into all of the benefits I’d be offered and said I’d be contacted within 1-3 business days. Well, I just received an email notifying me that I got the job with an offer letter attached (no official letterhead) and another attachment with information about investing in company stock. Since the interview something just felt off to me and then the email was a bit strange as well as their website and the fact that they never once discussed any kind of health insurance or 401k information so I went to google and that led me here and to a lot of other websites about this company and scams they run.
Your gut instinct was correct. The camera will have been off due to the interviewer actually being (deleted by the administrator) who you would find instantly online, his mugshot in the UK for a (deleted by the administrator) would have come up with a reverse image search.

I have tried to find you on FB and IG but didn’t have any luck. They saw I posted a comment here and accused me of “being in contact with you” and as such rescinded their offer.

Advice for you both: Are you in the USA? I read that in an American accent for some reason. You might want to look in to whether or not the company and it's (deleted by the administrator)are actually allowed to work/conduct business there. As from what I know, I doubt somebody with (deleted by the administrator) would be allowed to operate in the USA. Please please proceed with caution, as you could end up in financial and legal trouble yourself like so many others have across the UK and Europe.
No, English expat living in Germany. I think they do operate out of America somewhere. They're all registered in some state overthere so ig America doesn't care who runs a business just who enters. I won't be moving to Trumpland though

Unfortunately the owner of this so called "business" aka fake business loves to scam people and not pay them! Has faked companies house reports to make the business look legitimate when the realistic turn over is probably less than 1k in the whole year, when they promise big salaries of 50k per year this is appalling. They take advantage of vulnerable people desperate for work, and then make up lies as to why they cant be paid. Im sure the owner is a big narcissist with those grandiose beliefs that he's some millionaire, and hires people only to encourage them to feed into those beliefs. Im sure he believes his own lies to that he's some wealthy entrepreneur. AVOID.

You re quite right about the owner, he faked his death as James Klaassen White in 2022 to get out of paying me and around 25 others, James Van Houten was his "alter ego" who he then became, even posting an obituary for himself written as Van Houten. Scam company - was never paid and he admitted he has never paid any of his staff. Attempted to take out credit cards in my name using the details I used when I joined the "business" - do not engage or give any personal details to them!

Run by a well known fraudster who will be getting his connupance shortly, its only a matter of time. As with other reviews if this scam artist offers you a job working at the swish world group run, and contact Action fraud ASAP.

I had the absolute worst experience with this company. They promise the world upfront but deliver absolutely nothing. After paying a large upfront fee for their services, I received no communication and zero results. They stopped answering my calls and emails, and I was left completely in the dark. The “customer service” is nonexistent, and their only goal is to take your money and disappear.
Their website and ads look professional, but don’t be fooled—it’s all a front. I’ve since learned that several other people have been scammed by them as well. Please don’t fall for this like I did. Avoid at all costs!

I would rate 0 stars if possible as they currently owe me over £6,000 in unpaid wages and contract breaches. My fellow colleagues, who they also used for free labour, have had justice in our judgements, but not in recovering assets as there are NONE. Please please research before engaging with this entity whichever name they use at the time, you will regret it much like me and so many others do.

Yes indeed, myself and many others won our tribunal judgements, which are available to view on the UK Government website if you search gov vs swish uk. However to my knowledge, nobody has received a penny, as the CEO changes address, Identity and country. If you have any advice, please let me know, thanks!

I worked for swish world group last March. Unfortunately I was another victim of this fraudulent operation and was not paid a penny, despite all of my own struggles. There was around 10 of us who worked here and never got paid. I have contacted the police on several occasions about the scam.

Hi Adam, I'm not sure how it's still going on in 2024 - but it's certainly not legal. Many of us have taken him to court when he lived in the UK for non payment and then he moved to Belgium.
I can verify this is the case, I was employed by SwishNews October 2022. Search GOV VS SWISHNEWS (or any name associated with this) and you will see the government tribunals against them, including mine. Avoid if you want to keep your money, dignity, pride and house! Many victims lost theirs!
