This company knocked on my door because they were "doing work for a neighbor". I think that might even have been true. We had a small job repairing a leak in a dormer that needed doing. They did the job quickly and it looked from the photos they gave me like it was going to hold for a couple of years which is all I needed it to.

They took a cash payment and gave me a document with details of the work done and a couple of phone numbers and an email.

Shortly after the work was done it rained and the dormer leaked, worse than it had before. I called, they said they would send someone out, they never did. I called again no reply. Then I got a call from them to say they were not working until March but had asked a third party to fix things. They did not give me contact details for the third party and nobody contacted me.

I have tried a number of times since then to get a response all to no avail and now both phone numbers are dead.

This company it is a scam. They came to my house removed the gutters and never came back.
