Education

  • GCSE or equivalent

Requirements

  • A commitment to quality and continuous improvement
  • good pass in GCSE Maths
  • good attention to detail and able to complete work to a high standard
  • good team player with flexible approach
  • strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with staff and suppliers, in writing, by email and in person
  • flexibility: happy to undertake a wide range of duties
  • ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload effectively
  • confidence: able to liaise with internal staff, customers and suppliers

Responsibility

  • the Finance and Resources Administrator will provide finance, HR and administrative support by undertaking a range of activities in an accurate and timely way
  • occasional reception support, including answering phones and greeting guests
  • flexible to take on ad hoc tasks as required to support the effective running of the business
  • assisting with collation of information for BID submissions
