Responsibility
- support the GM in the management of maintenance and safe operations of plant and buildings including all COSHH requirements
- you will support the day to day hands on routine management of the swimming pool
- support the day to day management of the Team of Lifeguards and Swimming Teachers
- support the management of online booking systems, website and social media accounts
- support the review as required of all pool safety operating procedures
- support the growth and development of the facility and programmes offered
- support the GM in the management and co-ordination of all operations within the swimming pool, ensuring that all safety, customer and quality standards are met
- you must have a good understanding of, and interpret and react to, swimming pool water conditions including Health and Safety requirements for these facilities
Requirements
- relevant HND or NVQ - desirable
- R.L.S.S. National Pool Lifeguard Qualification - desirable
- current First Aid at Work Certificate - desirable
- pool Plant Operators Certificate - desirable
- minimum 1 years industry specific related experience
- swim England/STA Lvl 2 Swimming Teacher Qualification – desirable
- minimum 1 years’ experience managing a Team
- the ability to multitask and constantly reprioritise
