Responsibility
- swiis Healthcare is urgently recruiting Registered General Nurses to join the team at Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital
- as an RGN, you will support the hospital’s nursing team, ensuring the delivery and maintenance of excellent standards of care
- you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- this is an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centred care across General Wards, A&E, and ITU, with the flexibility to book shifts up to three days in advance
- maintain accurate patient records using clinical systems
- patient ward rounds
- deliver comprehensive nursing care, ensuring patient safety and well-being
- act as an advocate for patients
Requirements
- minimum 12 months of experience in UK NHS hospitals
- valid NMC PIN
- NHS Hospital: 1 year
