Responsibility
- be fully responsible for cultivating and maintaining excellent customer relationships and improving response and resolution times

- we seek an experienced engineer with strong, commercial abilities to manage and lead a team of technicians and subcontractors to install, commission, train and service CNC cutting machines
- running and managing the day-to-day activities of the company’s in-house Technical Services Department and subcontractors
- services will be offered primarily to our direct end-user customers, channel partners globally and to operations centres in Germany and the USA
- when undertaking customer demonstrations with Sales, ensure that visitors abide by our HSE working practices
- continuously improve the existing support processes and procedures combined with in-depth reporting and analysis of the captured technical issues, along with root cause analysis leading to recommended remedial action
- support the Sales Team with technical assistance during customer demos and providing technical clarifications and guidance as required, during the sales process
