utilize UGC and community challenges to drive engagement and growth
analyze social media metrics to inform and optimize strategies and campaigns
experiment with new tactics to improve social media performance
integrate social media into our growth engine and increase Instagram and TikTok followers by 20% each
stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices
manage and grow our social media channels to drive Sweatcoin user acquisition & engagement and incorporate them into Sweatcoin Growth Engine powered by referrals and creators, while staying true to Sweatcoin's mission to make 1 billion people healthy

Requirements

strong understanding of social trends and best practices
A natural ease when it comes to collaboration with creators, UGC, and community engagement
exceptional at working within a team setting as well as on one’s own; must be self driven
minimum of 3 years of experience in social media with a focus on user acquisition and growth - experience in organic and paid social media, influencer marketing, content management, e-commerce, and affiliate marketing roles
an active presence on social media and strong understanding of the social media landscape
experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms
comfortable with experimentation and able to take calculated risks - ability to execute with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities
hands-on experience in at least 1 platform with 500k+ followers and with a proven track record of growing the account global experience is a plus
