Responsibility

• maintain stock of necessary beverages and condiments at the bar
• enforce restaurant standards

Responsibility

• supervision of general cleaning and housekeeping of the general club house area
• be fully aware of current licensing regulations, liaise with relevant authorities and enforce relevant health and safety regulations and take legal responsibility for the premises
• ensuring consistent quality and quantity in beer and wine stocks and ensuring accurate monetary records
