Working hours

Responsibility
- grow and develop business relationships and in turn increasing profits and sales
- process Sales orders and deal with Customer queries
- identify opportunities to grow business with designated existing customers
- operate as the main point of contact for assigned customers, develop, and maintain long term relationships
- win new business by generating new leads and business relationships, this involves cold calls and calls to existing customers daily
- target marketing campaigns, prospecting, and proactive enquiry generation
- meet and/or exceed individual and team sales targets

Requirements
- ideally must have experience in our industry sector, but would be willing to train the ideal candidate
- A natural attitude towards providing excellent quality service
- excellent telephone manner is essential

- proven track record of delivering to tight deadlines
