manage bookings for couriers and taxis per company guidelines
ensure the smooth operation of the reception area
arrange travel and accommodation in compliance with company policies
manage incoming and outgoing company post
oversee administrative tasks and project work, including new joiner inductions, security pass management, building access termination for leavers, business cards, meeting agendas and minutes, photocopying, filing , and invoice processing
maintain the cleanliness and functionality of meeting rooms and equipment
assist in the implementation of office policies and procedures
