Responsibility
- managing client relationships
- carrying out all research required to support the advice being given – cost comparisons, fund comparisons and analysis, product research etc
- producing new business illustrations and supporting literature
- writing the suitability letter
- liaising with Compliance Teams, and completing any remedial work required to allow the adviser to proceed with the business
- offering a sounding board to advisers to help them understand whether their advice meets the network’s expectations and, if not, explaining what additional information would be required to demonstrate advice suitability
- we currently work with both employed paraplanners, and self-employed paraplanners who work on a contracting basis – we are happy to consider candidates for both
