- we are looking for a reliable grounds maintenance person / estate worker to provide year round maintenance on our estate and surrounding farm land
- duties will include, but not be limited to, grass cutting, woodland clearing, chipping, fencing, gate repairs, general tidying, vehicle cleaning etc. Chainsaw ticket preferred but not essential
- physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions. Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and/or as part of a team

- the occasional ability to do ‘odd jobs’ inside the house when required. Drivers license essential, B+E an advantage, and must be over 25 due to our insurance policy, vehicle and tools provided
