Requirements

  • strong knowledge of tooling and equipment used in metal fabrication
  • ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • experience with welding techniques and processes
  • familiarity with sheet metal fabrication methods
  • basic mathematical skills for measurements and calculations
  • detail-oriented with a focus on quality craftsmanship
