  • sussex Family Funeral Directors, a busy and well respected local family owned business have a vacancy for a full time Funeral Arranger/Administrator for our Funeral Directors situated in Haywards Heath, West Sussex
  • you will be providing support to the Funeral Director and giving an excellent service for customers and assist with the process of arranging and planning funeral services
  • ensuring that the Funeral Home is clean, tidy and welcoming at all times

Requirements

  • understand and be able to address the needs of the bereaved
  • demonstrate a calm, efficient and compassionate demeanour
  • reliability, honesty and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality at all times
  • A competent administrator, accurate, with excellent attention to detail
  • flexible attitude - adaptable to the needs of the organisation
  • A full clean driving license is a requirement for the role
